高山市外国人相談窓口（たかやまし　がいこくじん　そうだん　まどぐち)・Takayama City Consultation Service for Foreigner-Residents

高山（たかやま）での生活（せいかつ）について　困った（こまった）こと、質問（しつもん）が　あったら、高山市（たかやまし）の外国人相談窓口（がいこくじんそうだんまどぐち）に　来て（きて）ください。

高山市役所（たかやましやくしょ）には　相談員（そうだんいん）が　います。

中国語（ちゅうごくご）と　英語（えいご）で　話す（はなす）ことが　できます。

高山外国人相談窓口（たかやましがいこくじんそうだんまどぐち）は　市役所（しやくしょ）の　4階（よんかい）に　あります。

※ 相談員（そうだんいん）が　ときどきいないことが　あります。そして、内容（ないよう）によっては、相談（そうだん）のところを　

教える（おしえる）ことが　できます。

If you have any questions about life in Takayama or have concerns, you can come to the Takayama City Consultation Service for Foreigner-Residents to get help. 

English and Mandarin interpretation is available. Please note an interpreter may not always be available, and depending on the consultation request, you may be directed to a consultation office. 

The consultation service is on the 4th floor of Takayama City Hall.

市民課（しみんか）・Residential Services

高山市役所（たかやましやくしょ）の市民課（しみんか）で　できることは

1. 住所（じゅうしょ）が　変わる（かわる）ことを　伝える（つたえる）
   ※ 高山市（たかやまし）に　引っ越し（ひっこし）する人（ひと）
   ※ 高山市（たかやまし）から　他（ほか）の町（まち）に　引っ越し（ひっこし）する人（ひと）
   ※ 高山市（たかやまし）の中（なか）で　引っ越し（ひこし）する人
2. マイナンバーカード（まいなんばーかーど）を　もらう
3. 住民票（じゅうみんひょう）を　もらう
4. 戸籍（こせき）を　もらう
5. 結婚（けっこん）と　離婚（りこん）を　伝える（つたえる）
6. こどもが　生まれた（うまれた）ことを　伝える（つたえる）
7. 親戚（しんせき）が　亡くなった（なくなった）ことを　伝える（つたえる）

At Takayama City Hall's Residential Services Division, you can do the following:

1. Report a change in address (whether moving to, from, or within Takayama)
2. Receive a My Number Card
3. Receive a residence record
4. Receive a koseki (family record)
5. Report marriage or divorce
6. Report the birth of a child
7. Report the death of a family member

市民課（しみんか）は市役所（しやくしょ）の1階（かい）です。

The Residential Services Division is on the first floor of Takayama City Hall.

番号（ばんごう）の　紙（かみ）を　とってから　待って（まって）ください。

Please take a ticket from the machine in front of the counter, and wait for your number to be called.

国保年金課（こくほねんきんか）・National Health Insurance & Pension Division

高山市役所（たかやましやくしょ）の　国保年金課（こくほねんきんか）で　できることは

1. 国民健康保険（こくみん　けんこう　ほけん）に　入る（はいる）
2. 国民健康保険（こくみん　けんこう　ほけん）を　やめる
3. 国民年金（こくみん　ねんきん）に　入る（はいる）
4. 国民年金（こくみん　ねんきん）を　やめる
5. (できなければ）保険（ほけん）の　支払い（しはらい）

At Takayama City Hall's National Health Insurance & Pension Division, you can do the following:

1. Apply for National Health Insurance
2. Cancel your National Health Insurance
3. Apply for pension
4. Withdraw from pension
5.  Pay for National Health Insurance (if you were unable to pay)

国保年金課（こくほねんきんか）は　市役所（しやくしょ）の　1階（いっかい）に　あります。

市民課（しみんか）のとなりにあります。

The National Health Insurance & Pension Division is located on the 1st floor of Takayama City Hall. It is next to the Residential Services Division.

番号（ばんごう）の　紙（かみ）を　とってから　待って（まって）ください。

税務課（ぜいむか）・Taxation Division

高山市役所（たかやましやくしょ）の　税務課（ぜいむか）では　税金（ぜいきん）のことを　対応（たいおう）します。

車（くるま）の　税金（ぜいきん）や　家（いえ）の　税金（ぜいきん）などを　払う（はらう）ことが　できます。

税金（ぜいきん）についての　質問（しつもん）が　あったら、ぜひ来て（きて）ください。

税務課（ぜいむか）は　市役所（しやくしょ）の2階（かい）に　あります。

At the Taxation Division in Takayama City Hall, you can ask questions about taxes. You can also pay automobile tax and property tax here. 

The Taxation Division is located on the second floor of Takayama City Hall.

こども政策課（こそだてしえんか）・Childcare Policy Division

高山市役所（たかやましやくしょ）の　こども政策課（こどもせいさくか）では　保育園（ほいくえん）について　聞く（きく）ことが　できます。

そして、いろいろな　相談（そうだん）が　できます。相談（そうだん）できるのは:

1. こどもを　育てる（そだてる）こと　のサポート（さぽーと）
2. 障がい（しょうがい）が　あるこどもの　サポート（さぽーと）
3. 親（おや）が　ひとりの家庭（かてい）の　サポート（さぽーと）

こどもを　育てる（そだてる）ための　質問が　あったら、ぜひ　きて　ください。

こども政策課（こどもせいさくか）は　市役所（たかやましやくしょ）の　1階（かい）に　あります。

ATMコーナー（こーなー）の　となりに　あります。

At Takayama City Hall's Childcare Policy Division, you can ask questions related to raising children in Takayama. You can ask about how to enter your child into a preschool/daycare, and also consult with staff members about a variety of subjects. (e.g. struggles related to motherhood, resources for children with disability, breastfeeding, etc).

The Childcare Policy Division is located on the first floor of Takayama City Hall next to the ATM corner. 

福祉課（ふくしか）・Social Welfare Division

高山市役所（たかやましやくしょ）の　福祉課（ふくしか）では　生活（せいかつ）のサポート（さぽーと）について　聞く（きく）ことが　できます。

例えば、高齢者（こうれいしゃ）の　介護（かいご）や　障がいしゃ（しょうがいしゃ）のためのサポート、災害（さいがい）、法律
（ほうりつ）の相談（そうだん）などについて　質問（しつもん）が　できます。

福祉課（ふくしか）は　市役所（しやくしょ）の1階（いっかい）に　あります。
市民課（しみんか）の前（まえ）に　あります。

At Takayama City Hall's Social Welfare Division, you can consult with a municipal employee about support offered by Takayama City for local citizens. Examples of support offered include but are not limited to individuals affected by natural disaster, individuals who require assistance due to physical or mental disability, or individuals seeking legal consultation resources.

The Social Welfare Division is located on the first floor of Takayama City Hall across the Residential Services Division.
